Established in 2010 as a mobile social networking app for gamers by Sam and Sara Morris. After the network reached over 250,000 registered mobile users Everbadge became a sweet spot for indie mobile developers and various advertisers to promote their mobile applications. In 2011, Everbadge shifted focus from a mobile social network to become an advertising and gamification platform for Android applications.

In 2012, Everbadge is focusing on performance based advertising via mobile, establishing partnerships with industry-leading ad agencies, affiliate networks, media buyers, app publishers and developers.

Everbadge is located near Seattle, Washington and is made up of a small team of experienced online advertisers and developers.
